Invitation for ‘coffee with a cop’ at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre
Inner West Police cordially invite you to their ‘Coffee with a Cop’ event between 9am and 11am on Friday, July 27.
The event will be held at the Jamaica Blue Café, Shop 1035, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road Indooroopilly .
‘Coffee with a Cop’ provides a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about policing in our local area. Normally, the majority of contact that police have with the public occurs during emergencies, or emotional situations.
The event is a good way to develop a rapport with police and help foster a safer community environment. This simple concept allows for people to engage with police in an informal, neutral space; providing the opportunity to discuss community issues, build relationships and interact successfully over a cup of coffee.
Have a break from the daily grind and join your local boys and girls in blue for a complementary cuppa on us and a chat on July 27.
