Reinforcing the prestige of the enclave, the neighbouring 51 Kingfisher Place, a five-bedroom home on 514sqm, had earlier set a benchmark, selling for $5.2 million in August last year, highlighting how both land scale and exclusivity are driving premium results in this tightly held location.
