Dangerous driving charge, Logan to Brisbane

A 34-year-old man has been charged with multiple offences after evading police from Waterford West to Murrumba Downs.
Around 10:30pm last night, police observed a Mitsubishi Lancer driving along Kingston Road which had been allegedly involved in a number of fuel drive-off offences.
Officers attempted to intercept the vehicle, however it allegedly sped off.
Multiple police resources, including PolAir, monitored the vehicle as it travelled from Waterford West, through Brisbane, to Murrumba Downs.
The vehicle crashed into an island on Dohles Rocks Road just after midnight.
Two police vehicles collided with each other while working to intercept the car. Four officers were injured and conveyed to hospital with minor injuries.
An investigation into the collision of the police vehicles will be overseen by the Ethical Standards Command.
A 34-year-old man, who was driving the vehicle, was also transported to hospital with minor injuries.
