Four youths charged with multiple offences, Ferny Grove

On Friday, November 8 at around 4:00am, Ferny Grove Police received information of four people trespassing on a construction site on the corner of McGinn Road and Persimmon Street, Ferny Grove.
On arrival, police arrested four boys allegedly trespassing at the location.
Police made further enquiries at the time and allege that the four boys were involved in further offences in the Samford Valley region.
As a result, a 13-year-old boy was charged with one count trespass.
Another 13-year-old boy was charged with one count of trespass and two counts unlawful entry to a motor vehicle.
A 14-year-old boy was charged with one count trespass, enter with intent, stealing, and unlicensed driving.
And a 15-year-old boy was charged with one count trespass.
All four boys are currently being dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
