Police have charged a third person with accessory after the fact to attempted murder as investigations continue into the shooting of a man and woman at Sunnybank on Saturday, June 22.
The arrest overnight of the 39-year-old Greenbank man is the second due to assistance they are alleged to have provided to the people directly involved in the shooting.
On July 3, police charged a 41-year-old man from Pallara with two counts of being an accessory after the fact to attempted murder.
On June 23, a 24-year-old Doolandella man was charged with multiple offences including two counts of being an accessory after the fact to attempted murder. He appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court on June 24 and was remanded in custody to next appear in court on July 22.
Police investigating the shooting are still appealing for public assistance to help locate Brendyn Clark, a 38-year-old Sunnybank Hills man, who may be able to
