Police from the Inner West Patrol Group (IWPG) are advising residents of Ashgrove that within the recent weeks, thieves have been targeting vehicles and homes in the Inner West areas.
Disturbingly, in a large number of cases the vehicles and homes are reported to be unsecured.
Experience shows that if you make it easy for opportunistic criminals by not locking up, they have a tendency to return and also pass this information onto associates.
