Public nuisance charge, Mitchelton

Ferny Grove police have arrested a 34-year-old Keperra man in relation to an incident that occurred along the bikeway track on Burwood Road, Mitchelton on Tuesday.
It will be alleged a man made several remarks towards a woman and has followed her to a nearby business.
Police have subsequently patrolled the area, made further enquires and arrested a man this morning.
The 34-year-old man has been charged with commit public nuisance, possessing dangerous drugs and possess drug utensil.
He will appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court on May 15.
