Inner West Police working in cooperation with the Easter bunnies personal protection team (EBPPT)
On Sunday April 14, police from the Inner West Patrol Group participated in the annual community Easter egg hunt at Teralba Park, Mitchelton.
The Easter egg hunt is hugely popular and an annual event in the Mitchelton community calendar.
The event involves fun activities such as;
Easter egg hunts;
Face painting;
Egg and spoon races;
Potato sack races;
Blow up soccer; and of course
A visit from the Easter Bunny them-self.
The event is well attended and enjoyed by all!
Police and their fellow Queensland emergency service counterparts were in attendance to provide the community with the opportunity to speak to those services and obtain advice on keeping them safe during the Easter holiday break.
Inner West Police took the opportunity to interact with the community and foster positive relationships between the community and the QPS.
