Police have charged four boys with over 50 charges, following investigations into a string of alleged motorcycle thefts and burglaries.
The arrests come as a swift response to offences allegedly committed in the last month on the south side of Brisbane.
Morningside police will allege during the execution of several search warrants, the youths had possession of property relating to stolen motorbikes, weapons, drugs and drug utensils.
Detective Acting Inspector John Mison said the arrests highlight the tireless and coordinated action from police in response to crime in our local community.
The boys, a 12-year-old, two aged 14 and a 15-year-old, have been charged with almost 60 charges relating to thefts.
The first 14-year-old was charged with three counts of unlicensed driving, seven counts of burglary, eight counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, wilful damage, stealing and trespass.
