Payne Road State School’s Adopt A Cop, Constable Kathy, recently attended the school’s National Tree Day P&C fete on Sunday, July 29, to enjoy presentations and events held at the school.
Wildlife Ranger Diane Hughes got to tell her about a friendly spotted python and Constable Kathy also got to hold the little girl.

The visit by Constable Kathy at the school also allowed their students and community the opportunity to learn about being a police officer, the role police play in their community, and experience police equipment, uniforms and an operational police car firsthand.
