Police investigating the wilful damage of at least three vehicles at Moorooka this morning are appealing for assistance to identifying those responsible as part of their enquiries.
Between 5am and 5.30am the occupants of the three vehicles were travelling inbound or north on Beaudesert Road near Hamilton Road near the service station when they were struck by a number of large objects.
As a result, the vehicles sustained significant damage to their front ends and windscreens.
One driver required treatment at hospital for minor injuries.
A man, described as being Caucasian and wearing a beanie, was seen to throw a number of objects around the time of the incident. He may have been in the middle of the median strip or on Beaudesert Road outside the school at the time.
