Last week Payne Road State School adopted a new Adopt-a-Cop, Constable Kathy Clark, into the school at a special assembly.
Constable Clark of from The Gap Police Station was presented a certificate of adoption along with the school Principle Stephen Rowe.
Constable Clark has been involved in the school for the past year and was very happy to be formally adopted.

Constable Clark joined the program to help build a positive relationship between police and the school community and strongly believes that through the Adopt-a-Cop program this can be done.
Constable Clark attended that schools under 8’s day with Police mascot Police Dog Sarge.
