A man and woman have been issued with a Notice to Appear after two children were allegedly left unattended at an Enoggera address on Sunday, July 2.
Officers located the children alone as a result of a police door-knock advising residents of a natural gas leak in the area.
A 34-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man are scheduled to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 4.
